Andrina Romano

Andrina brings more than 20 years of international experience in senior leadership roles across the healthcare sector. With a strong track record of delivering outcomes and driving organisational success, she leads MTHC into a new era of growth, innovation, and community impact.

Prior to joining MTHC, Andrina served as Executive Director of Primary Health at Latrobe Community Health Service. In this role, she was responsible for a $60 million portfolio spanning Victoria and Western Australia, leading a multidisciplinary team of over 500 staff across both rural and metropolitan locations.

Throughout her career, Andrina has been a passionate advocate for strategy-led, consumer-focused healthcare. Her leadership has delivered a number of transformative achievements, including:

• Implementing integrated care models that place consumers at the centre
• Establishing Victoria’s first integrated primary and secondary care high-risk foot clinic
• Leading the development of clinical frameworks and robust clinical governance programs
• Securing significant government and private funding to expand access and innovation
