Jing brings a strong clinical foundation and a proven record of strategic and operational leadership across Victoria’s community and primary health sectors.

Before joining MTHC, Jing held a range of executive and management roles overseeing portfolios in chronic disease, paediatrics, and allied health. He is passionate about navigating complex clinical environments, leading organisational change, and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration.

At MTHC, Jing leads clinical teams to strengthen integrated, person-centred care through strategic leadership, quality improvement, and workforce development, ensuring services are responsive, effective, and aligned with community needs.
